XXL Medical cabinet

One of a kind.

This 1950s medical cabinet is made from heavy duty steel with toughened glass shelves (4) . Its origins are European. It would have been used in a medical dispensary to keep drugs and medical equipment safely under lock, however has been totally redesigned and restored.

It has been sanded and stripped from multiply layers of paint, bringing out raw steel characteristic for early industrial era.

Restoration:
This unit has been refurbished and cleaned to its one of a kind appearance to bring out the best of its heritage. Surface has been striped from original paint, then sanded, covered with graphite, and then hard waxed.

Condition:
There are signs of wear however the item is fully refurbished.
